Fill in your health declaration
Before your visit, you need to complete a health declaration – either digitally or on site. If you are vaccinating children, don’t forget the consent form.

Check in upon arrival
When you arrive at the clinic, check in by scanning the QR code with your phone or via our customer computers. We will call your name when it is your turn.
