Our Medical Certificate Services

We offer various types of medical certificates for both private individuals and companies. Below you will find information about our clinics and which certificates we are unable to issue.

Medical Certificates in Stockholm – City Hötorget

Medical Certificates in Gothenburg – Heden, Vasagatan

  • Standard certificates can be booked directly through our online booking system (choose Heden).
    For other certificates, please email heden@vaccindirekt.se. Some certificates require prior consultation to ensure proper documentation and preparation.

Medical Certificates in Malmö – Djäknegatan

  • Standard certificates can be booked directly through our online booking system (choose Djäknegatan).
  • For other certificates, please email info.malmo@vaccindirekt.se. Some certificates require prior consultation to ensure proper documentation and preparation.

Certificates We Do Not Issue


Unfortunately, we cannot issue the following certificates:
  • Insurance certificates after injury (e.g., disability assessment)
  • Certificates requested by the Swedish Public Employment Service
  • Certificates requested by the Swedish Social Insurance Agency
  • Railway-related certificates (via the Swedish Transport Agency)
  • Certificates for work involving ionising radiation (requires specialist physician)
  • Certificates for working at heights (requires specialist physician)
  • Working Holiday Visa certificates (must be issued by clinics designated by each respective country)
