How Our Medical Team Works


Our medical team collaborates closely with authorities, research institutions, and international networks to always provide the most up-to-date knowledge in vaccination and travel medicine. Through cooperation, continuous monitoring, and education, we ensure safety and quality in every patient encounter.

Safety Through Knowledge and Collaboration

VaccinDirekt’s medical team follows guidelines from the Public Health Agency of Sweden, the Medical Products Agency, and regional infection control units. We also collaborate with professional organizations such as the Swedish Society for Travel Medicine to stay at the forefront of our field.

International Monitoring and Research

By participating in international conferences and networks, we continuously monitor the global epidemiological situation. This enables us to provide our customers with up-to-date travel advice. We also collaborate with institutions such as the Academic Specialist Center, SLSO, and Region Stockholm to contribute to the development of new knowledge in vaccinology.

Education and Professional Development

Our medical team trains resident doctors in infectious diseases at Karolinska University Hospital and Danderyd Hospital. In addition, we continuously provide further education for our own licensed nurses and doctors through the VaccinDirekt Academy – a cornerstone in ensuring that we always deliver the highest quality of care.
