A health check can identify risk factors such as high blood pressure or signs of infection, as well as provide guidance on exercise, diet, stress, and other lifestyle factors. For some, the examination enables early detection of disease; for others, it serves as confirmation of good health.
Before your visit
You will receive a referral for blood and urine tests* along with information on how to prepare to ensure reliable results.Examinations at the clinic
Once test results are ready (usually at least one week after sampling), measurements are taken including weight, waist circumference, BMI, ECG, hearing test, and lung function. The physician examines, among other things, the heart, lungs, blood pressure, reflexes, abdomen, lymph nodes, mouth, and ears.Blood tests
The blood tests include, among others: blood profile, liver function tests, blood lipids, blood sugar, kidney function, calcium, vitamin B12, folic acid, iron levels, thyroid function (women), prostate markers (men), and CRP.Urine test

Based on the test results and examinations, you will have an in-depth consultation with the physician. The focus is on identifying risk patterns and providing advice for a healthier lifestyle. Offering employees a health check is a way to prevent sick leave and demonstrate a commitment to staff wellbeing. We invoice after completed examinations (following approved credit assessment). Book an appointment
Book by emailing the clinic you wish to visit (see contact details above).

Preparation
Before your visit, you will receive a referral for blood and urine tests along with preparation instructions. Tests are taken in advance. Please follow the instructions carefully.

Health check
Once the test results are ready, you will attend your appointment. During the visit, various measurements and examinations are carried out by healthcare staff.
4.
Consultation and follow-up
You review the results with the physician, who provides lifestyle advice and preventive measures. You will also receive a written summary.
