Health Check Silver

Would you like a clear overview of your health while also preventing future issues? Health Check Silver is a more comprehensive health examination where, together with our physician, you review test results and examinations to identify risk factors, prevent illness, and improve your quality of life.

Why choose Health Check Silver?


A health check can detect risk factors such as high blood pressure, signs of infection, or other abnormalities that affect your health. You receive guidance on lifestyle, exercise, diet, and medication. In some cases, the examination leads to early detection of disease; in others, it serves as confirmation that you are in good health.

Examinations at the clinic

When you attend your appointment (at least one week after sample collection), you will meet with a nurse and a physician who carry out:
  • Weight, waist measurement, BMI
  • ECG
  • Hearing test (audiometry)
  • PEF (lung function test)
The physician examines, among other things, the heart, lungs, blood pressure, pulse, abdomen, reflexes, lymph nodes, mouth, and ears.

Blood tests

Blood tests include blood profile, liver function tests, blood lipids, blood sugar (fasting and long-term glucose), kidney function, thyroid function (women), prostate markers (men), and CRP.

Urine test

Analysis for bacteria, blood, signs of infection, and glucose.
* At VaccinDirekt Djäknegatan in Malmö, blood samples are taken on site; urine samples are not collected.

Consultation and advice

The results are compiled and reviewed with the physician. The consultation covers areas such as exercise, diet, alcohol, tobacco, stress, mental health, and hereditary conditions. You will receive a written report and, if necessary, a referral for further examination or support.

Health Check Silver for companies

Offering employees a health check is a way to prevent sick leave and demonstrate a commitment to employee wellbeing. We invoice after completed examinations (subject to approved credit check). For companies, VAT will be added to the price.

Book an appointment


Book by emailing the clinic you wish to visit (see contact details above).

Preparation


Before your visit, you will receive a referral for blood and urine tests along with instructions on how to prepare. Samples are taken in advance. Please follow the instructions carefully.

Health check


Once the test results are ready, you attend your appointment. During the visit, various measurements and examinations are carried out by healthcare staff.

Consultation and follow-up


You review the results with the physician, who provides lifestyle advice and preventive measures. You will also receive a written summary.
