How the vaccination works

Who Should Get the High-Dose Vaccine?

The Vaccine Is Not Recommended For
- People with a confirmed allergy to any component of the vaccine
- Those who currently have a high fever or an acute infection should wait until they have recovered
When Should You Get Vaccinated?
The best time to get vaccinated is before the flu season starts – usually in October or when the vaccination campaigns begin. Even if you get vaccinated later in the season, it still provides valuable protection, as immunity develops within about a week after vaccination.Vaccination Schedule
