APL Medical Certificate
Do you need a health certificate for your APL, LIA, VFU, VIL or PRAO? You book an appointment with us in Stockholm and bring the appropriate documentation from your educational institution or the Healthcare Provider Guide. If necessary, additional tests or samples may be required.

Preparing for your visit
Before your appointment, please:- Check which vaccinations you have received and which childhood diseases you have had
- Obtain a health declaration from your educational institution or download it via the Healthcare Provider Guide, complete it at home and bring it with you
- Bring a medical certificate form from your school or the Healthcare Provider Guide, which we will complete on site
- Bring valid identification
